Misty (Pokémon: Just Add Water) Bound and Gagged in Undies

Misty gets kidnapped by Team Rocket with another guy.  Both are tied up with rope, gagged, and mmmphing.  Ash and Brock come save her and the other guy.

Even though she is not in her undies, short shorts and a midriff is an exception.
